Well, you'd have to admit it, it's been long overdue. Now, for those of you who may not be too familiar with the world of Fortnite, this particular title was developed by Epic Games as a follow up to their popular and immensely popular Fortnite Battle Royale title, and it has received tremendous praise from fans and critics alike.In this game, you are taken on an epic adventure as you fight hordes of zombies, robots, and a horde of other enemies to defend your city against another invading horde. The developer of the game was an absolute rock star when it comes to their concept and level designs, and it shows in their game. With several levels across the game, there is something for everyone to enjoy, and not only that, but there is a great variety to find one's favorite game to play.This game is going to be absolutely packed with awesome action, as you play as one of the thousands of settlers trying to survive in a zombie infested, zombie infected world. And, while playing, you will also get to explore the city, and become a part of it. And, one of the best features is that there is so much to do, that you never have to stop playing to make sure you beat the mission or two. This allows for you to get plenty of experience out of each game, as well as get really good at what you are doing.And, it seems that when you do get stuck, there is always a multiplayer side of things, where you can play against the computer or some of your friends who might be online at the same time. While it has been advertised as being a co-op game, I still feel that the computer vs. player aspect is great and provides a bit of competition between the two of you, so you can get a real sense of achievement.Not only that, but you also get to change up the look of your character, which is something that the Fortnite Battle Royale games did not allow you to do. Instead, you are restricted to one of the male and female characters, and you get to keep this until you select a new one, or you buy a new skin.As far as gameplay goes, this game is really solid, especially if you like shooters, and you will find yourself pleased with how it plays. It just seems to have everything that a shooter should have, but, it is definitely a welcome addition to the genre.While Fortnite has only been out for a few days, I think that it's safe to say that it is going to be a huge hit in the genre. It is true that the majority of gamers do not consider the genre, because they think it is nothing more than an endless party game, but, they are very wrong about that.
